What extensions are installed? What templates?

I'm working on the Chesapeake Community portion in UOGuide, and developing a site map for the namespace Chesapeake:

How do I find out what extensions are loaded in UOGuide? I'm interested in the IncArticle extension to be able to pull info from one page, and put in another (like generating a character biography summary list).

I'm working on a standard format for character biographies too. Would I have the ability as a regular user to create a new template, like Biobox or Infobox Biography?

The extensions are supposed to be listed on the Version page but it seems to have broken. I was going to start work on upgrading to the latest Mediawiki version but then the UOStuff merger happened so I have been focusing on that. I will look into the extensions when I focus on the upgrading again soon.

Any user can make a new template.

JC's Thought Dump -- Don't bother, I've read it and it is just not good.
