Looking for help with Elf to Human

I've looked in game, on stratics, and on uoguide, and everywhere seems to only have info on human to elf.

I have the runebook for the quest, but no guide.

I've killed the efreets & ice fiends, and brought the crates. Now I have two ilsh runes and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do next. Some help? Thanks.

Click delete character and make a new one.
