Hey guys, thought I'd take a minute to introduce myself upon just joining the guild last night.

Here's a pic from Halloween. I went as Lucky the Leprechaun after someone stole his lucky charms (hence the black eye and facial hair for being down on his luck)

One with my lady in Las Vegas. Grrr baby.

I'm coming back to UO for several reasons. Of course, the most important is that every other game I've played has been compared to my UO experience and always lacked something. Also, the community seems pretty laid back and affable and I can't afford to powergame to the extent that I would like to and take my time and enjoy the sights and sounds of the game more just like I used to. This is not to say you won't see me around, but if you see me around for like 12 hours straight yell at me and tell me to go study.

About myself. I am 24 and currently in my first year of medical school at the University of Texas Houston Health Science Center (yeah long name I know) I've played just about every MMO out there except the Everquest series which didn't appeal to me.

I've generally had a leaning towards PvP in every game with some notable moments being

Ranked in the top 50 on Archimonde Alliance side when rankings were first starting up

Being a member of God's Wrath Clan (originally from UO Great Lakes) and playing with them in both Shadowbane (teamed up with The Fallen Angels on War server) and WoW.

Oh also, during Planetside beta my buddies and I shared an account and were the first CR5 in the game with the added highlight of being the first to issue a global chat message (Meddah was the character) but the addition of the new system of base takeover ruined that game.

I've also played a little AC, beta'd AC2, beta for CoH, beta for EvE and the free trial there, beta and release for WoW for about a year, beta for Lineage 2, beta for Savage, lots of Halo and Halo2 dominance (not an MMO but awesome nonetheless), I beta'd DDO a little bit but didn't like it, played GW for a bit didn't like it either. As you can see lots of beta experience but not much time in game...I haven't really found that many games that I wanted to commit a lot of time to. Shadowbane and WoW have really been the only two I made a real commitment to and stuck with to the endgame and enjoyed.

Welcome! Sorry I missed ya in-game. I don't exist on Mon/Tues. (Those are my long days at work). Glad you came back to UO
