I wouldve never picked up my Tamer after the first day if I didnt jewel up to a point where I could use fun pets and go out and kill stuff. I think its a kick in the teeth that Taming doesnt raise by controlling your pets...

Kit, do you have the Resolve's Bridle in your pack? If I remember correctly this will give you another stable slot.
