My first Cu bonded with me! :)

w00t! My first Cu bonded with me yesterday! I have him linked to a pet ball and I took him out hunting last night. *so excited!*

Can anyone tell me how to pronounce cu sidhe (or whatever the heck they're called)?!?!?!

And one question: in training pets, am I correct in thinking that their skills and stats will go up, but their resists are forever locked?

Yes, resist are forever lock and their skill go up and I also think their dex go up as well and congrats on the bonding!!

Now it makes more sense why you look for one with good resists before taming.

you should take the time to find a "keeper" before putting all of that time into training it up.

I'll have to check his stats from home but I think he was a decent pup to start with. I'm still learning what is good and what's not. I do know that his stats kicked the arse of the other guy's cu that was at swoops with me last night

He is a good pup. His STR is a little low, HP a little low, BUT the resists are near perfect. No Cu ever has over 125 dex. 125 is the max that any animal can train a stat too.

Yes, this means you can train a horse to 125 dex/int/str. Take a while though. I was thinking of actually selling max stat horses for a while.
