When eaten, they add a brief boost to one of your stats. I can't remember which fishy is which stat, but it's totally useless, its' so brief and small.

I eat them when I'm fishing due to boredom

Truly Rare Fish are the ones that give the strength boost. Bet you didn't see that coming

Highly Peculiar Fish are the only one out of the four that are useful at all now. They restore up to 10 points of stamina when eaten. Still not as good as a refresh potion though.

Each of them only give "a point or 2" to the stat and last a very shrt while as previously stated...

Cool... still good to know even if it's not really useful.

Oh and Alissa almost got owned last night by a water elemental. Good thing I was on the island. Ran to the keep and closed the door. I'm thinking I should start her archery training soon
