I just got mine and went fishing for little critters to fill it with. So far I have caught these (amongst many multiples):

a nujelm honey fish
a speckled crab
a fandancer fish
a albino courtesan
a long claw crab
a makota courteson fish
a purple frog
a minoc blue fish
a britain crown fish
a spotted buccaneer
a killer frog
a small mouth suckerfin
a red dart fish
a golden broad tail
A Vesper Reef Tiger
A Jellyfish
An Albino Frog
A spined Scratcher fish
A Long Claw Crab
A Yellow Fin Blueberry

Fish hatched in tank, not caught with a net
A Full Moon Fish
A brine shrimp

Anyone else have any to add to this list? It looks like they renamed most, if not all from when it was in beta.

I've only got one fish so far..and it's already on your list! hehe

I used my fishing skill 5.1 character and caught a shrimp. He then proceeded to catch 4 blue minoc fishies.

I got some with my GM fisher I will have to check what I have against your list.

what rewards can you get and do you have to be a fisher to get the creatures for your aquarium? Also does it actually show the creatures in the aquarium?

It shows them one at a time it looks like.. and I hear there are twenty different fish critters.. I've yet to get a shrimp, but my fisher is gm so could that be why? I heard they were low level catches.

Keep in mind the list is potentially endless as the "of unusual color" critters can spawn in a variety of colors and theres critters you can only get that are "born" in your tank overnight.

The rewards I got in beta were 'soggy boots' (what else?), a fishing pole, fish bones, a toy boat, a giant head statue (like easter island), that's all I can think of offhand.

The fishing pole was cool because you could put it in the aquarium as a decoration or use to fish.

The shrimp is only a low level fish that's why I put 5 points of fishing on a character to get one.

If your character is human (and you've upgraded) you have 20 points naturally in fishing.

Maybe I'll round up some cash and add to your list. Runebooks and aquariums for the win.

I am using a gm fisher and have yet to grab a shrimp with her.. no more new information today for me. I spent all day elsewhere.
