Another Fisher Template :)

Pretty similar to Allys.

110 Archery
110 Tactics
GM Fishing
80 Focus
75 Chiv

Now, Im at a bit of a loss to what to do with the rest. I think Bushido would be a great addition (all bows are two handed) but Im also a bit leary of having only Chiv to heal :/ Course Healing means Anat too...keeping them both at GM I could only have about 50 Bushido.

Probably going to go Elf for the extra Mana so I can keep my Dex up.

Any thoughts?

I love healing with bandaids so I would be partial to that. I too would be leery of having only Chiv to heal.

I think this is what we finally came up last night. Trying to remember from memory though. But decided to take out bushido, I can still do a lot of damage without it I guess. And I only have 705 skill cap right now.

100 Fishing
115 Archery
115 Tact
110 Anat
100 Heal
100 Focus
65 Chiv

What do you guys think? Any changes?

Sounds darn good to me!

Ive got a 715 cap so I can have 75 Chiv.

For you, I would probably keep it at 80 Focus for 75 Chiv (better success at EoO) and youll have another 10 points to drop in what you want. Maybe 105 Healing and be able to hop to 120 Archery when you come across a scroll?

Hehe just talked to my bf about this again, he said I could go 115 Anat, 60 Chiv. 6 more months then I go up to 710

Focus is for the mana regen right?

You do get some mana regen with focus. For every 20 skill points you get MR of 1. You also get stamina regen with focus

Yeah, 10 points of Focus = 1 Stam Regen, 20 points = 1 Mana Regen.

I have 75 Chiv on my Pally Fencer and I can fail EoO 2-3 times in a row sometimes... You could always look for a +Chiv jewel with DI, HCI, DCI, or whatever too.

Ive always wanted to do an Archer, so this is my good excuse

OK, so I'm new to fishing. I've got my char upto like 55. When I've nothing better to do I go gain a couple more points, I'm usually busy so don't get much chance. Basically I need the pearls so I can make pendants.

Now, why do I need a fighting skill??? I read the posts and something about serpents and water ele's. HUH?????

Someone explain please..............

Believe when you get to 80 fishing skill you will fish up serpents and deep sea serpents. They carry the mibs, maps and nets. So you either have to kill them or out run them when you fish them up

. Water ellies are threats in only certain areas of the sea.

Drop healing to 90 and carry enhanced bandages, also put that extra 10 pts from the healing into chiv.

Also, I think its actually 70 skill where you will occasionally fish up Sea Serpents and Deep Sea Serpents are only when you are fishing up MiBs? Neither seem to be too difficult at a glance though I have yet to try to take one on...

Since you need to be GM Fishing to get the pearls, youll probably encounter regular Sea Serpents pretty frequently.
