Quick question about talisman of the fey/cu sihde form

I dont fully understand the bonuses of the cu sidhe form.
Does it allow me to heal myself with bandages with no healing/ant or?

The healing however, is not controlled by you, its on a timer. The timer is also consistent and not random.

So every ten seconds or so you get healed and you have to be carrying bandages.

Wouldnt dog/cat form bet a better option? the HPR is pretty high and you dont need to carry bandages.

This heals you back to full much faster than dog form.
