What drops "vampiric emrbace" scroll?

Anyone know what monster(s) drop the vampiric embrace scroll?

I know that I have gotten most of them off ratman mages in ilshenar but I not sure if any were vampiric embrace. I like hunting these to spawn paragons.

Meer Mages/Eternals for sure drop all the necro scrolls - I collect them and sell them for exra gold

A Scribe can make these scrolls, all they need is the regs and a full spell book. You can easily get a full spell book by doing the Necro quest in New Haven.

does that even include the excorism spell they added sometime back?

I haven't had any luck finding it on scribe vendors, so I ran to try the meers first and got two off the 2nd or 3rd meer eternal. I think I'll still give the ratmen mages a try later just for kicks. Thanks for the help everyone!

used to, meer eternals were the only place to get them. those were the days when full necro books were a good vendor item

or ask friends with 100 inscription to make u up some or maybe your guild holds a chest full of them for just that purpose?
Most guillds do keep a full selection of all scrolls for new members and anyone needing necro spells

Lord Havok, if you can contact Lady Sebrina, she also is able to create the scroll for you, if you have the need. The Dark Fathers in Doom also used to carry Vampiric Embrace, if I remember correctly.
