mein gott man! looks great. My only suggestion would be harder facts on the spells. UO descriptions are notoriusly vaque. For instance, the lich form also gives 13 MR.

My favorites are descriptions like hit lower defense:"lowers opponents defense for a short period of time".

Awesome FAQ! I've been playing a Necro/Mage for three years now almost, primarily in pvp, but of course I've tore up some champ spawns too. I've got alot of advice on how to play a necro, and necro/mage in particular, and would be happy to post it when I have some time

That would be great! We could use a tactics guide for all of the skills. Starting with necro is a great place!
When you do, start it in a new thread. I will stickie it for you (and give you any help / advice you may need).
