Necro Templates

What kind of Necro Templates is everyone using for PVM?

Either a necro archer or necro mage. Not sure about PvM cos I have resists on mine for PvP. But ya can replace resists for a weapon skill if you wish, I have 80 wrestling for melee blocking.

115 Necro
115 SS
110 Magery
110 Eval
120 Resists
80 Wrestling
80 Med

The Necro bard is actually one of the best PvM templates you can use right now.

120 music
120 provoke
120 peace
120 discord
120 necro
120 SS

Again, purely PvM only. There are variations to this template, but the one I'm posting is the outline of what it should resemble. You can take provoke or peace out and throw in some offense, but discord stacking with necro is insane for taking out monsters.

Isn't that 730 sp? Jewlery to get what yah need?

Thanks guys. The Bard/Necro sounds fun, I think I'll give it a try.

Also, the Grimsomething book you can get with a 9th age coin - is it worthwhile?

Cabe, use a bloodwood spirit, +10 SS and +5 Necro

Then the 5 points that are left can go into Something else.

When I make a template I usually decide on armor 1st, inc jewels n tali's

Always a good idea, currently working Vinnys suit. Having some issues with poison resist. I am trying to find a good ring for it.

There's no point making some uber template, then discovering that you can't regen your mana cos the suit doesn't fit. Or something like that. However an old GM of mine was able to solo against a decent mage, with nothing more than jewels and his staff. No armor. It was close but he managed it.

She is still working Eval, Necro, and SS.

Its a viable template...definitely has some fun aspects.
