Does anyone know the exact and full details of what each form does for a necromancer?

The information on uoguide.com, uo.stratics.com and uo.com is rather limited.

For instance, Vampire form does much more than just "more resistant to poison and it has life steal"
What are the exact mana/stamina regen rates for that form?
Is it really a substitute for having focus?
Any other bonusses I may not know of?
And this for the other forms as well :

Trying to work out necromancy in a PvP template (RP pvp, no magic items allowed) and want to ballance my skills as good as possible. Besides, if someone would supply this information it'd be a good guide too for other people wanting to take up necromancy.

Wraith Form

Transforms the caster into an ethereal Wraith, lowering some Elemental Resists, while increasing their Physical Resist. Wraith Form also allows the caster to always succeed when using the Recall Spell, and causes a Mana Drain effect when hitting enemies. Caster remains in this form until they recast the Wraith Form spell. Caster receives 25% more damage from silver weapons, adds 15% to Physical Resist, loses 5% Fire Resist and 5% in Energy Resist. Caster can move through creatures without loss of Stamina.

Horrific Beast

Transforms the caster into a horrific demonic beast, which deals more damage, and recovers hit points faster, but can no longer cast any spells except for Necromancer Transformation spells. Caster remains in this form until they recast the Horrific Beast spell. Bonuses: Caster gains 1 Hit Point per second, 10% damage is added to Melee attacks.

Lich Form

Transforms the caster into a lich, increasing their mana regeneration and some Resistances, while lowering their Fire Resist and slowly sapping their life. Caster remains in this form until they recast the Lich Form spell. Caster receives 25% more damage from silver weapons, loses 10% Fire Resist and gains 10% in Poison and Cold Resist.

Vampiric Embrace

Transforms the caster into a powerful Vampire, which increases his Stamina and Mana regeneration while lowering his Fire Resistance with 25%. Vampires also perform Life Drain (20%) when striking their enemies. Caster remains this form until they recast the Vampiric Embrace spell. While in Vampiric form, the caster receives 17 to 23 damage for each spell cast that requires garlic. Caster receives 25% more damage from silver weapons.

Yeah, I read all that info, but there's more to each form...
For instance, what exactly is the stamina/mana regeneration for vampire form?

I dont remember what i had.. but think it was 110 magery and 110 eval

I take it you are a mage... since you asked about wrestle..

110 magery for never fizzle Flamestrikes, 110 eval for dmg.. Also depends a bit what kind of suit you got and skill bonuses

You can also cast protection on yourself. You will never fizzle, but it cuts your FC/FCR down too. I use it on my tamer and make sure she wears high FC/FCR items, so it doesn't change much.

Well.. just protection aint a solution really, unless its a tamer/mage/necro'

Since monsters will hit you every time and it gets annoying if you need to heal all the time as well..

wich brings my next question - if u r using vamp form for greater hit strength how do u heal yourself ? or is there another special time only for vamp form thats good? i keep killing me self rofl trying to heal me self rofl
