How much skills points do you need to cast scared journey without fizzling?

I have noticed over the years, that at 60, my crafter still fizzles. I do believe it is 50 pts over the minimum for it to 100% succeed. So since it's a 15 skill, I would say 65 for 100% success on it.

At 60, you're supposed to not fizzle, but there is a bug that is causing us to not be able to cast it at 100% like we're supposed to. The Dev's are looking in to it, but they have a lot on their plate at the moment.

I was going to add i think around 65 i stopped fizzling
