i found that if you buy up necro as high as you can and get a few pieces of ok necro jewlery high enuff to cast horrific beast, go to the farms with a dozen two handed weapons and bandies if you are training healing, although not needed. get into beast form tab about 6-8 cows, sheep ,chickens or any ole barn yard critter with weapon in hands and then toggle out of war, parry gains should fly up all the way to 110 which is as high as i took it....i am sure you can do it without necro/horrific beast but i hate stopping when i am getting gains to get bandies or whatnot...took about 2 hours to go from 30 to 110

Thanks for all the good advice. I noticed that when I cast confidence while healing i get a anat & healing & bushido point, all perks! I am at 60 now I think, i gained 10 points yesterday in about 2 hours.
