Template Help please

I need help tweaking a template....
How much would you dump into each skill, and what would you drop/pick up and why? This character will be mostly pvm but maybe a little pvp
Swords
Anat
Tatics
Heal
Parry
Bushido
Chiv

That looks pretty good according to my honey, but since you don't have focus, you need a lot of mana regen and mana leech on your weapons.

Not yet, in a few months, but it doesn't hurt to look for scrolls now.
