PvM Macer Build

In looking at all the assorted skills I have on stones, I realized I have the makings of a good macer (I think). Below is what I propose to do, including stats. What do you think?

Maces 110
Tactics 110
Anatomy 110
Parry 110
Resist 110
Healing 90
Chivalry 75
TOTAL 715

I am not sure where to throw the last 5 points, should I raise healing or Chivalry or put it in maces?

Str 100
Dex 140
Int 10

I only have a +25 stat scroll and the +5 bounus for account age. I wish I could get a +30 stat scroll but I dont see it in my future. The only thing I am thinking is with only 10 Int is it a waste to have Chivalry? Should I reduce my dex to raise my int?

Re: PvM Macer Build

You can't make Dex 140 (without items), only 125.

So you could go with

100 Str
125 Dex (140 w/items)
25 Int

Depending on which items you use, you're Int/mana will go up (Stormgrips are usually a must) so keeping Chiv works.

As far as skill selection and point allocation, looks pretty good (and the norm for most regular melee type characters). I'd personally put the extra 5 skill points into Macing.

Thanks again Maddux!

Re: PvM Macer Build

Here's my pvm macer i've been having fun with:

120 Macing
120 Parry
110 Anat
100 Tact
90 Healing
90 Chiv
90 SW

Pretty fun char to play, and i can take some serious damage and healing i have 3 ways which is very nice. I wear the Spirit of the totem, jackals and CC to get a extra +40 stats which i can throw more into int so i can keep casting and have all MR pieces cept the Jackals/totem...max LMC and 3/5 casting (gotta find better jewels or throw on chaos shield)
