Looking to you U.O. Forum members for advice. I would like to hold my own against a balron but as of now i have not been able to do.
my template is
120 swords,parry
110 bushido
105 tactics
83 chiv
80 healing
89 anatomy

iI use a Soul Seeker ,Leggins of bane,Stormgrips,Keeoneans chain mail,Mace & shiel glasses,Sleeves with 6-19-17-17-17,gorget with 5-7-7-6-8 .MR 2,SI 6,RPD 10

Welcome to the forums Yaya"Ri. Better to go with a demon or daemon slayer and throw in some necro. Faster you kill it, less damage you take.
Here is a thrad that may be of some help to you. Why didn't anyone tell me pvm was fun?

You can do it with your template, in the end I would have the template look like this:

120 swords,parry
110 bushido
100 tactics
70 chiv
90 healing
100 anatomy

I'm assuming you have atleast 120 Dex (140 with items if possible).

You should be ok and you're only problem coming with no Resist *cough*items can fix this*cough, pukes* and getting para'd at the wrong time.

Demon slayer (slow, heavy hitting) weapon is preferred.

Easist template to do it with is:

120 Archery
100+ Resist
120 bushido
110 tactics
70 chiv
90 healing
100 anatomy

I've taken Para-Balron's down with this temp.

To solo a balron you are going to need armour with max resist. Then you are going to need to be able to heal yourself a bunch with skills and items. So with that in mind. Raise your healing and anatomy. Be sure to use pots, confidence and chivalry. Even with all that you may still have to "joust" the balron. Run, hit him and run a little further to heal up. Also the demon slayer is excellent advice for a weapon

Feel free to ask any questions, and if you take a look, Baldguy is working on (the ungodly job of) the FAQ section of the forums so you can glance that way to see if you need the info there or throw a question out (like this thread) and someone should be able to answer it for you shortly.

If you can, stone tactics, raise anatomy to 100. Gain necro. Use wraith form for mana leech. Cast curse weapon, this will allow you to stay toe to toe. Your weapon should be a demon/deamon slayer, with HLD and HLA. Spam lightning strike and evade.

Alternately, if you have the resources, get +necro skill items, cast Vamp Form. The Life leech will allow you to stay toe to toe as well. In this case, you would want a demon slayer weapon with hit mana leech, HLD, HLA. Spam evade and lightning strike.

Just a tip Paul, Daemon slayers no longer exist, any that did before were changed to Demon.

In my honest oppinion there are just 2 "major" templates available for highend fighting as a warrior...
One of them being the necro/chiv warrior (yes even though karma bonuses kinda oppose eachother)
or the chiv/bushi/parry warrior.

i fight with this template on my half of the time

120 tactics--12 from arms
120 swords 11 from braclet
120 parry
110 anotomy
120 chiverly
100 healing
30 meditition

127 stren
142 dex
54 int

usually have no problem

i use mace and shield, arms of tactics, jackals,crimson,keenans chainmail-leggs of bane-quiver of infnity
