Cooking

For the life I cannot figure out how to cook something. I've tried dragging raw fish steaks onto fire, a player-made oven, an oven at an NPC building... I've tried double clicking the raw food, but no targeting cursor comes up.

What am I doing wrong? (aside from trying to work a useless skill

)

You need to use iteams like skillets, rolling pins, and other stuff i don't remember right now... Its like using any other type of crafting skill, you double click the tool, have the stuff you need around you or in your pack and bam.

You need a cooking tool such as a skillet or rolling pin. Dbl click tool pick what you want to cook (stand near a heat source) and it will cook everything in your pack

aye and you can purchase sifters, skillets etc from npc cooks (i think tinkers too) or make them yourself if you have a tinker ...

I'm making a cooking fisher

, archery to kill some serpents and a GM fish skill. so when me and my hunting party gets hungry I can just stick in my rod and viola! dinner

...

too bad u can't sqeeze a fish or something to get a drink by it, salty seewater doesnt make me less but even more thirsty...
