Tinking at 98.9

I did Spyglasses right up to GM from somewhere in the 70s. I was doing the Heartwood Spyglass quest over and over and over and over and over. I think it ended up being around 12-15k ingots. Whatever you choose to craft, make sure you have a good Tinkering Talisman to succeede more often...you only get gains off of successes after about 75ish skill.
