oki I herad alot of wep and pois. pls explain.

Is it true that I should have 200 skillpoints together to apply dp with a good chance? ex 100 wepskill and 100 pois or 120 wepskill and 80 pois?

Will it be the same if I have 105 wepskill and 80 pois + a magical item with +15wepskill? (200 skillpoints together with the magicpiece)

lets say i get 120 wepskill and 100 pois...will that be even better and more dangeroes for my enemy or does the extra 20 pois skill do any matters?

No, 200 combined skill is the highest chance to succeed.

I would have to say yes. I 110 magery (with jewely) and 90 posion and I cast deadly posion with posion fields.
