Training stealing macro

I was reading on Chad's site uothief.com about training stealing and I read over the following

"Your UOA macro should look like this:
use skill/cast spell -stealing
target -the target
pause 10500 -10500 "

So if I put 20 bags on my pack horse I need to make one macro in UOA and under that one macro I need to have that listed 20 times. Correct????

Yes that is correct, unless you can convert the target to target type or something like that.
