WTB: 1/3 ring with LRC

I am looking for a 1/3 ring with LRC 10+ I will come to your shard and buy it, I need it bad and Sonoma seems to be fresh out of them. I posted here because we don't have a shard trading forum. If you have one please post mods and price and ICQ and I will contact you. Thanks!

does 1/3 stand for -- 1 faster cast recovery - 3 for faster casting
or do you mean FCR 3 / FC 1 ?

You know Vin I don't understand all this stuff so want to be sure I am looking for the right thing

He means the later Mum. FCR 3 and FC 1.

FYI only one piece of jewelry can have FC better then 1. That is the ornament of the magician. It has FC 2

So far the only one i have found is with

Stealing +8
FCR 3
FC 1
Lower Mana Cost 4%
Cold Resist 7%

but i will keep looking

I'm an idiot, I forgot my orny had 2/3. I will also take a 0/3 ring with LRC and any other mods (DCI, HCI, etc).
