Not to sounds nasty.. But what makes it so expensive?

The location? Since tower in fell... i wouldnt give more than 500k-1m
probably could find a spot to place one for free... Which i did on EU before i quit.

Yeah I found out that my price was way too high. Sold it for 8 million though.
