PC On A Butcher Knife

I pulled the following butcher knife as loot the other day and i was wondering if it had any value as a pvp weapon.

Here are its stats:

Hit Fireball 30%
Hit Mana Leech 20%
Hit Lower Defense 40%
Damage Increase 22%
UBWS

PS, I play on Great Lakes and I was wondering about its value here.

I'd say 1-2 mil.

But I'm cheap, so you could do better.

If you pull 2 mill that will be a very good sale.
