What do you do apart from RPing in UO?

when I'm not RPing I'm logged out. Anyone want to join me in not being logged in and maybe want to play some NWN or Civ4?

I did almost everything in UO so far and nothing except RP could hold my interest long. Maybe if they introduce a new mini game, like plants, I'll be back.

Floria, have you tried Civ4: Warlords ?

yeah. warlords is nice. But I expected more. The civ3 expansion offered more over the original game than warlords did. Anyway, anyone else playing?

Your probably right. Not much addons, although I must say I'm pretty addicted too it. I'm playing on the prince level thingy, it's a bit rough.

btw, NWN2 will come out soon. yay. I'll get that for some decent RP

(ps. its all about choosing a civ that lets you grow quick! like -50% settler construction time or stuff. and just pump those lil buggers out like your life depended on it).

a multiplayer RPG. Sounds boring at first but the cool thing is, you can play it like a PnP game. There is an editor where you can build your own world, or at least part of it. Then one or more players can be a DM who can possess NPCs, throw monsters at the party, etc.

If you have a good plot it's probably the most immersive thing you can get in terms of online RP. You can directly influence the world you're in and you don't have to deal with any doods ruining it for you.

bringing the thread back on topic

When I am not at an event,meeting or some RP scenario,Im usually doing a lot of ooc stuff on the forums.

I also spend a fair bit of time chatting to other GM's and trying to plan activities or story lines to kick off a roleplay saga for the KH.

I love to plan an initial idea,and get it up and running,then just watch it unfold.

I hate scripted stuff so never really go beyond the 'plotline'

When I do get time to please myself what I do in game i like to deco,redesign,I too wander libraries and hunt if Im free when folk are off on a planned hunt

I also attempt to GM Knights Hospitaller

I barely RP anymore, to be honest. Nothing to do but go to City X and wave at the City X guards/militia/army.
