This, to start, would be a small operation. Half a dozen people or so to get started. Not sure whether it would be best to do it that way or 'hire' the crafters or rent 'stalls' to people instead.

The busy roles would be the 'organisers' which would be nice to do IC. So people can be as involved as they want to be really.

Sally, perhpas we should chat about joining forces maybe? It would be nice to have it all under one badge but is not essential.

Also it would be more realisitc if the market didn't sell everything and had to aquire certain goods from elsewhere in order to sell. Or, as mentioned, 'hire' these positions out.
