Drow Race

did anyone else think ,when reading the title for this thread, it was going to be a drow only marathon of some kind ? a race ... for drows ?

Ahhh such wonderful things - these forums!

A small inocuous poke at a good friend [Devlin] causes a few ripples. I have nothing against the North Americans and in fact love you all! ANd when it comes to the usage of the English language would probably cite the following as its greatest exponents:

James Joyce [Irish]
Jack Kerouac [American]
Joseph Conrad [Polish]
Vladimir Nabokov [Russian]

It was a playful poke is all!

The yanks are just upset they have no language or any real history of their own that doesnt involve us English in some way.
