Standing in the stone-clad room, with the blue fire runes etched on the floor, Muldran concentrated, the 6 elemental stones orbiting the edges of the circle.

He concentrated, then whispered a few further words, feeling the bands of magic strengthen about him.

"Well then..." he murmured, "Time to see if this will work..."

With a final deeply intoned word, the stones rocketed away from him, vanishing through the walls to a point just outside the building. With a crackle of blue fire that rose to the sky and then quickly narrowed to a point in the centre of the building, the stones seemed to explode outward.

It went quiet for a few moments, and crackle and thunderous booms fading into the chilly Rhovanion air.

Muldran looked up, and held out his hands. Cupped within them were the six stones, returned to him. He sighed. "It's just as well I didn't try this in the Library. I couldn't have coped with failing there as well."

He dropped the stones back into his reagent bag, and fixed it to his waist.

"I'll have to tell the others that my idea to store the things in the RelaraGARRRGH!"

Muldran clutched his throat, and his eyes bulged from their sockets. He caught his breath and looked carefully around.

"That was odd. I was going to say ReARRGGHHHH!"

He paused. Smiled, threw his hands in the air, and yelled "I did it! It's safe! It works! We can store the dangerous items here in the RelARRRGGHHHHH!"

He rushed for the door, slamming it shut behind him.

As he left the building, brief tracings of blue fire remained in the walls, crackling occasionally, sealing the place from those who would perform evil acts...

...But where there's a will, there's bound to be a way.
