I'm sorry everyone, but I'm back! Thought I would make a new thread and explain why I've been away for soooo long.

So it all started... umm I'm not sure, last year? But anyway, things got pretty serious with my band, we got our selves a record deal with Taste Media (a branch of warner music)... and to put it simply, that was the biggest mistake ever, it was just one thing after another with them, we spent months away from home recording in studios in London and France, under constant harrassment from the guys over at their HQ about changes in deadlines, changes to the contract and changes to our studio time (basically the entire album was supposed to of been recorded in London, but they kept switching us between London and France... though they did pay). In the end we got totally fed up of the lack of help they were providing in actually producing the album (the producer they gave us knew nothing and wanted to change everything).

So in the end we said enough is enough, had a chat with a few people in the know how of the music Law. We were able to terminate the contract due to Taste Media breaching it several times and amending it to their own needs.... the only problem was that they got to keep the rights on everything we had recorded! There for we recorded enough music to fill two albums but we cant use any of it ever again!

So we got out of that last month and have decided to take a break from music for a while... they put us all right off.

Sooooo! I'm back!
