A quickly scribbled note is left in the Court Library, unrolled for all to see.

Fellow Courtiers,

I noticed upon my travels accompanied by my beloved Cherry around Illshenar some changes that have occured that could require further investigation by the Court. If nothing else the changes are at least worthy of adding to our extensive records.

There are changes to the Village of the Meer Folk and the Cavern of the Serpentine Dragon.

I suggest if some of the Courtiers have time they seek out these places for themselves and make note of the changes.
