The Shadow Court wish to hire the 'Tinkers Guild' building as soon as possible. This building will be used as an 'Embassy Point' for the Shadow Court and the lands of Rhovanion, in order to build our presence, as well as increase the trade that is possible between the two areas.

Duke Irvyn has already been approached by my representatives, so I look forward to hearing your response, and arranging a time to receive the keys for the building, and a schedule of costs.
