with whom you want to stand shoulder-to-shoulder in battle.

A Guild is not a place for petty politics,
it is not a forum for squabbling and vying for position.
There should be no power struggle.
A guild is not a place for conflict, jealousy, or betrayal.

Members of a guild should respect and look out for one another.

A Guild should feel like ‘home’
a place where your talents are respected and valued,
where your personality is respected,
where your skills are nurtured and developed to their proper potential.

Somewhere that it is safe to share your dreams,
your ideals, your life, your heart.
