Sitting here in my office at work.. with very little to do.. I can’t help but wonder... why don’t girls like me?..

Then I remember that I`m Married now so I don’t care..

But regardless.. it may have been discussed before but I would love to see a dedicated board for Taskings and Quests..
Perhaps its in the pipeline and command members are discussing it already?.. I don’t know.. but it would be a great place for people like me.. "Vast sexy imaginative.. Interesting.. off beat off the wall kinda guy`s".. to create tasks and scenarios for others to do.. allowing us all to benifit from peoples report writing skills.. and so I`ll have something to create and read when I go to the Falklands for 4 months starting October..
Given that painfully long period away from a working copy of UO.. My only contact with you guys will be this Forum.. so when you consider creating a Quests and Tasks Board.. dont think of something.. think of poor me..

Also its a great way to keep tabs on guys being active and inventive allowing the allocation of awards be they praise or promotion.

Im sure someone will say that the IC board can be used this way.. however I say to that person.. poo poo

It would have to be a new board.. so quests dont get lost in babble and other event posts etc.
with a sticky post containing a template for anyone wishing to create a quests or mission..
If Command decide to appoint a task team to provide the input then so be it.. and ideas can be filtered by them.

We did use to have a Quests forum and tasks too.

Theres no reason why you cant get writing to your hearts content.

I am sure Hanse/Twoie would be only too glad to set up such a forum for Quests .

As for tasks,i dont know what happened to that forum, but I know Kealith set it all off.I can always ask him to re do them or send me the set up .

Its really up to Escaflowne though as he is now Captain of the Militia.

Well i think its a good idea to be honest, the tasks and quests can be posted on that board, and then the reports posted on the IC board... Well you've got my approval, now just for Hanse and Twothumb since they are GM and AGM

It soudns good, but getting people who will actually create those little tasks and quests - and finding a suitable reward for the people who do those quests (some will without, but more people would with) is an issue.

Edit (and edited again): I do have to say that the Provinces are liable to give us a great deal of scope in which to do these things though. Hm hmm! The "achievements" forum is something of an embryonic version of this, which may or may not happen depending on whether or not we really have the ability/interest to use that kind of system.

I still think this would be an interesting idea.. given the Provinces thing sorta fizzled.
