Letter from Ikus of Trinsic

My friend,

It seems to me that there has been a misunderstanding reigning between our two towns again. From reports and view I have seen your Captain Davion attack Trinsic with full strength of the vesper militia. This has caused destruction, the bank to be robbed, and merchants report of less customers.

After a meeting with mr Davion I have understood the case to be three women. With names of Tammy, Taryn and Tessah. These three have after what I have learned tried to assassinate your person on Vesper territory.

After a meeting today with Captain Kaelyn of the Trinsic guardsmen I have learned that no demand has been sent to Trinsic for these three women.
I understand that you want the three women to stand trial in Vesper.

I will make sure that Trinsic guardsmen will help with such. The condition is that Captain Davion of the Vesper Militia is handed to us in Trinsic to stand trial. This with the following charges:

1. Murder of the kings loyal subjects
2. Plundering of kings property
3. Disturbance of peace

A letter sent to Baron Twothumb..

Uncle,

I went with the militia to recover the vesperian fugitives. We went to search trinsic where they have been known to frequent. we entered through the south gaste and proceded to search. Avoiding trinsics guardforce as we know how they can be.
We came apon kaeyln and reann and stated our simple intent. at which time Kaeyln took me in her sights and fired arrows at me with the intent of murder . I take that to be her meaning after what happened later on. she was insabordanant and refused reanns order to vacate the premesis after she had run from my return fire and came back to bar us passage. davio was civil more cival than i would have been after the assault to my person. eventually after searching the west gate they flat refused us our search and escalated the argument into a fight which I am informed we eventually won due to the davions superior skills. I however was knocked uncouncious from behind mid way through. I am fine no need to worry dear uncle. aside from a bit of hurt pride and high levels of anger at what happened next.
We went home by way of the rose and has a few drinks. I met a fellow there named Thorien What I thought was a civil and informative conversation ended up with a lureing of myself ito trinsic. He was trying to prove to me that trinsic guards did indeed have the honor I thought them lacking.
But what I found it to be was proof of my assumptions. I was taken to the west gate where i was handed over for a pouch of coins to Lord Ikus who "just wanted to talk". That talk consisted of threats from thorien behind me fingering his axe and talking about seperateing my head from the rest of me. While Lord Ikus tryed to blame the whole altercation on Hanse Davion.
I was eventualy let go and I kus walked me our of town amid the calls from thorien And Kaeyln for my death or incarceration. I weathered the threats and taunts as taught and kept my composure as best I could. Upon my concern of unsatisfied trinsicans laying an ambush Ikus provided me a gate to vesper. I know you don't need advice from me but I would urge you that Davion not be offered up for false charges to placate the city of Trinsic.
