Comrades. A traitor has been discovered hiding in our fair town. A mage by the name of Elijah Forest has apparently been passing on trade and military secrets to our enemies the Yewish. New evidence also points that he is about to defect to the Covians given our new struggle with that town. I desire him taken alive and all information that can be extracted from him. In order to ensure he doesn't take off however I think no action should be taken untill 19.15 GMT lest his magi friends (who have this malicious grudge against my person) seek to aid his escape.

Unfortunately I shall not be available to lead the capture in person, but I have full faith in the Militia and it's leadership that this dangerous fugative can be brought to Justice and dealt with as is appropriate under Vesperian law. If he has fled the city, pursue and bring him back. Use extreme prejudice.
