Doesn't make sense if an Undead must warn and RP people but people doesn't have to warn or RP when attacking an Undead. Seems abusive to say the least.

We should have kill on sight allowed but not aloud when out of uniform, IE before you attack check what there wearing? Artis? Magic items? that means they are not roleplaying! and Not allowed in tokuno/malas/ilsh or britain bank! Full stop

If they're not role playing they should not be in a role playing guild. End of discussion!

Piffle - I'm in RP mode on Rhyddin 90% of the time but I'll be buggered if I'm gonna go unmounted, un-jewelled, hunting in fel. Personally I don't see anything wrong with an RP guild switching out of RP-mode to go hunting together (with or without allies) so long as everyone's aware that the RP hats are off and that you're not likely to be impinging on the RP of anyone else in the community. For example going on a champ hunt in fel; it's highly unlikely you'll be interrupting anyone elses RP whereas digging up a T-Map outside Stonekeep you may well be.

As for KoS; it should be decided on a guild-by-guild basis really - if you WANT to play as a notorious band of outlaws or undead, or Orcs then you should try and arrange KoS rules with any guilds you're in a war circle with.

I totally disagree with KoS. We are a RP community not a pk one.

In CoRE it says you should always offer you enemy an opportunity not to fight, so therefore there should ALWAYS be RP before fighting.

However, saying that...If we were raiding someone, i would expect the rules between the two sides to include KOS. We run into Trin all the time with KoS, yet some days they might wish not to have that, so we can have a bit more RP!
