*revised!*

Alright! It's that time of the year again!
In effort of reconsolidations and reconsiderations, I'd like to know what you folks would like for a new Tremere base & library.

At the moment, Garod & I have way far too many accounts + houses etc.
I've been wanting to scale it down by at least 2 accounts for awhile now.

I have a few other options available then.

To give you an idea of what I mean, I will give an actual overview of the places we have on yes, 8 accounts... :

Naeloth : - felluca
- let's face it, the place is rather dead and empty, but it has history
13 x18 Poisoned Elf Tavern
15x15 Naeloth Library

Tokuno
- convenient to Homare moongate & road for vendors
18x18 Zen Garden area

Marble Island (aka "Tir na Nog" - Aly style) - trammel
-can go by boat to anywhere, passage to lost lands, ea temple
18x18 "home and garden"
18x18 "gates and misc + witchs cottage"
18x13 "Theatre/meeting hall"
15x15 "crafter house"

Ice Island - felluca
Old tower - ahem.. OOC info ... tremere original base (grandfathered)
L shape - ahem... also OOC info ... tremere original base (grandfathered)

Moonglow - felluca
small house ... storage (grandfathered)

For obvious reasons, 3 places we need to keep since they are on one account. and since they are in fel, means we still have a fel location if we ever want one. Also, it's taken a while to get all the places on Marble.. at least one can be redone a bit and still fit the grand design but then, if folks prefer I can redo the place a bit as long as you let me know how you prefer it, Naeloth has the history, Tokuno is just darn convenient and can be recustomized.

So... which would you prefer?

I've voted the Marble Isle place. Again, it's not because I have a fear of Fel - I know that others have that in built horror of the crap PKs that love to prey.

I know this my widdle on the Tir Na Nog thing; however; that was always 'another dimension' who's to say it's not congruant I do think that Garod could come out of his musty old library and be the champion of the Theatre I love the idea of the Tremere running the theatre...

I have cast my vote for Naeloth, merely because I like it. It does indeed have a history and also, one might add, a reputation. It would be a shame to lose that.

Ah - yes, naeloth does indeed have a history and a good one; people speak in hushed whispers of that place. However, there's already been one attempt to get people to go there again that failed

I chose the marble islands and naeloth

Not gonna vote myself cus i dont play anymore, however i'd say go for Naeloth or marble island, the reasons?

Naeloth - Lots of history and proved to work well (when people used it) the hard part? getting people to use it..

Marble Island - Its a nice small island so if you did use it Role play would be pushed together rather than spread out and its an island... i think islands suit people like vampires and the nasties quite well because their remote and cut off not easily accessiple for the do-gooders to come and wonder around

I like the idea of Naeloth but you have tried hard to breathe life into it but people just dont like wandering in Felucca, maybe its as Mul says. Its nice because it has History.

I also like the Marble Island as its remote from all other places. KT uses the marble hall for one of their initiations. A pity theres other houses there all pretty close together. Its a nice location the same reason as i loved the house KoV had in the middle of Justice Island.

In the end Aly its what you think that matters. Go with what you want and not what others want. You can weave any spot into some fitting theme with your house designing talents i am sure.

After some thought I've decided to cast my vote in Naeloth.

I hardly have time to play anymore but..

Naeloth library is a must.

Also like the idea of Tremere running a Theater.. Discussed further?

I grudgingly voted Marble Isle,not because I dont like it,I just have such a fondness for Nealoth with all its history and memories for Tabbitha as a young turcopole in KT.
I truly used to get an adrenalin rush,ooc, any time we had to go there and the sight of Garod,Jhannis or Ra'karn used to strike real fear into me,hehe.

Later I used to enjoy the risk of going to try get in Nealoth Library,when I needed 'odd info' for Tabbitha in relation to a storyline or some thing,in a bid to involve Nealoth roleplayers.

It will be sad to see it shut down, but I know you tried so hard to revive the place recently,and it was a big dissapointment .

The hardest thing for a lot of roleplayers,was having a valid IC reason to be in Nealoth, other than to stop some 'activity' ie the 'slave market' that used to be operated there.

I guess Marble Isle isnt such of a place not to be 'found' there so if thats where you go for,it should be easier to involve more people.

Plus Marble Isle has the theatre callum spoke of,which I also would like to see used
