Due to an oversight, our librarian had forgotten to put these application forms out. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In submitting your petition for a library card, please fill in the information in the following fields:

Please specify which library you are applying for: Naeloth Library (in-game) or Garod's Libary (private forum - In the case of the private board, we ask that you introduce yourself on the normal forum first please.)


We do wish to also take this time to inform you that access to Garod's Library or the Naeloth Library is not given lightly. Normal procedures require that one favor or task is assigned by Lord Garod Tremere or authorized representative before admittance is granted. This constitutes your library fee and/or dues. If you believe there is some reason for an exception, please submit that as well.

We request that if your application is approved that all information you find there remains confidential. Also, we request that you will please mind the books and pages here as they are somewhat delicate with age. Please treat each book as a treasure. Failure to comply with these simple rules can result in your library card being revoked.


We do apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait, however, we view it as the best policy to screen applicants considering the frailty and sensitive nature of the books. If for any reason, you do not find these terms acceptable, you may feel free to return your library card. Unfortunately, the "fees" are non-refundable.

(PS OOCly, at the moment we realize there has not been activity on this forum, as my husband & I have been away from UO due to RL issues, and ICly the library has been burnt down with a white gate in the middle...with Garod & Alynora missing?
