and convincing folks to move there isn't going to be easy especially since everyone wants 18x18s and so forth. And larger size houses just aren't available there (and limited midsize). And many already do have houses elsewhere.

Well the Witches Den [9 on the map] fell a few days before I thought it would so I lost a fair amount of stuff - nothign valuable just some keepsakes from players long gone and probably a few gifts and rares and anniversary things ...

My heart sank when I went to my house spot and realised it wasn't there.

On the up side I have things which we can develop jointly now with the Orcs and other non goody two shoes types...

I voted Naeloth as a central meeting point as it should be and always will be the best place for clandestine meetings.

But for more general stuff and day to day ... I concede that another facet may be preferable

bummer callum hope you didn't lose any important books? did you manage to salvage anything of yours?

Being honest Aly - I dont know what I've lost. SO in one sense it cant have been that important.

Only things which spring to mind are a few personal gifts and perhaps a couple of books en route to RHovanion/Naeloth library.

At least I still have my happy memories of my times in Naeloth!

I've experienced it a few years ago, made me leave for a while. But that's just it, it was quite a while ago..
I feel for your loss. Naeloth was beautiful..
I always wanted to backup my books and journals into txt files, but sorely it never gets done
