Grym there is a general forum under Shards.

Its just for Europa players of UO.

Its usually found off the main UOforum page .

Just scroll down to Shards and click on Europa

I would call it "Europa RP" or "Europa RP General", just make sure to have RP in it. Otherwise people who just randomly click around may still confuse it with the non RP one.
