Price check on a character transfer token

Just reactivated my account after a long long time, and found one of these tokens in my backpack! I'm not sure if its bound to my account or whatever, but if I can sell it, how much?

What chard you have the token on? on Europe they sell for 8-12 mil, I had a few I sold on auction for 8-10mil and vendor they cost beetwen 9-12mil. they are not bound to acc.
