What's for dinner?

We have Turkey & Ham (if my Aunt feels like cooking extra), my grandmothers famous roasted potatos (make extra for me!), mixed vegtables, some crazy food my mom decides to make and the rest is a blur! Mmmm potatoooooooooooooos!

Last year my mom made these Yam Balls.... UGH they were mashed, rolled in coconut and toasted. My Uncle thought it would be tasty, once in his mouth it rolled right out

I'll probably make myself some kind of rice and meat dish. All the restaurants will be closed tomorrow, and no doubt pizza places will be closed.

Turkey with stuffing and mash potatoes with gravy.....Carrots in a white wine sauce with whole cranberry sauce to round out the plate, can't forget the homemade biscuits! Appetizers will have deviled eggs, ham & cream cheese rollups, chips, veggies and dips... For desert we have cooked up a pumpkin pie and an apple crumb pie with lots of whipped cream on the top.

Finally....after all the dishes have been done and bellies are full.... we sleep... :new_sleeping:

My lord was there a lot of food at my brothers house. Ham, turkey, carnitas (bless his hispanic gf) five diff potatoe dishes (I'm with yah snugglebug), lots of stuffing, mac and cheese, rice, mac salad and so much other food, it was crazy. I hope you all had a great turkey day, missed you guys when I was away!

Had orange shrimp and rice yesterday, looks like it'll be lemon-pepper chicken with stuffing and steamed veggies tonight.
