I'm cross posting this from myspace. The girl Carrie makes some wicked Moveable Type designs and apprently was able to quit smoking with the help of this book. I don't smoke, but I know alot of people who do and can't seem to quit so maybe this will help ya'll! Good Luck!

Many of you may remember my struggle this summer when I quit smoking. You may also remember how I felt after I read The EasyWay to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr. I was completely free from cigarettes after reading that book - and I still am. I've suggested this book to everyone I know that even shows an inkling of wanting to quit. I've given it to two different people. I honestly believe that this book has saved me.

Allen Carr died last month of lung cancer. He has one final book that he has written. It's a combination of the EasyWay book and the struggle for his method to be recognized by the medical profession.

So, for all of you that wanted to go buy the EasyWay book but never did, you can download Scandal for free. You don't have to go out to the store, you don't have to pay for anything, just download it and read it. If you want to quit smoking, it will help. If you don't want to quit smoking (or if you are an ex/non-smoker) it's still an interesting read. If you think it's a crock of sh*t after you read it, that's ok, too. You don't even have to ask for your money back.

I've heard some girls started reading that book too. I'm waiting to see if it works for them. They still smoke like there's no tomorrow though.

I'm seriously thinking of quitting smoking sometime in the new year. Not right away though, but cut down first. Maybe, I'll read this book.
