Yar, I decided to download the WoW client and am going to try it out with the 10 day trial

Anyone else going to try it?

Tried it briefly, im sure a google search will bring up some cheap ways of playing it full time too... *winks*

Pretty game but for a level grinder i dont want to pay for monthly subs im afraid. *returns to GW*

What? I poked around on the site and never found a free trial...I even got a guest card from a friend that plays just in case I ever bought it...

I have played it sense its public launch no like it. It is all about raid and pvp and that is ALL. I mean that is good for some people but I hate both of those hehe. I like UO MUCH better, sadness I did not play it earlier.

I guess WoW is okay for a little while, but you are always doing the same quest, only able to talk to 4 races (soon) 5 only on your side (horde or alliance) and no one hardly wants to go do things for "fun" always a item involved and good experience. I like that stuff too but I like to do "other" things besides constant level grinding. Going out exploring (which I have done), taking screenshots, fighting random mobs, quest here and there. But beyond the raid and PvP there is not much to do...

You hit level 60, it is just... bleh. I got 2 level 60's one horde and alliance. It was fun while it lasted and I HATE the community there on WoW most disrepectful people I have ever ran into... not everyone but there seems to be more bad than good. *sigh*

That part isn't Blizzards fault but still... the coummunity isn't too good. I played on the shard of Blackhand. Maybe it is better else where but the forums don't show any "niceness" neither they flame when they get a chance too even when people are asking "a question" and it is well worded and everything.

I just hope your experience with WoW is better than mine... Only thing "truthfully" good that came out of there is my sweetheart I meet him there and 2 freinds I meet.

where do I download the stuff at?

I actually had the game installed and the chance to play on a 6 mth pre paid account.

When I tried to logg in ,my PC didnt have anough memory left to load the graphics,so I never played it.

My man is coming over soon from Sweden soon tho and bringing me hard drive and memroy stick goodies *purrs ecxitedly*

I think I will try it too. I know I won't play after the trial is over, but being as I have only seen other people play it...I just want to know what the fuss is all about.

hehe what shard are you all going to play? Alot of the shards have a queue the get in... seriously especailly 7 to 8 usually but the worst is on the weekends 9 to 11 one of those times...
