Say Hello to my leetle friend.
http://wowarmory.com/character-sheet...ea+52&n=Wycorp
Had a guy I work with finally convince to give WoW a try. I have to say, Im fairly impresed so far. Nice and smooth gameplay and interface, immersive enviornments, great methods of communicating with other players, etc. Another very cool thing about WoW; AddOns. Yuo think UOAssist is pretty cool? Check out Cosmos UI. Really quite mindblowing.... Some things that I dont like are: Travel time: You spend ALOT of time going from place to place. As you progress through the game, you do get access to quicker methods of public transportation, those these are fairly costly to a new player (see next point) Money: The economy, imho, is a bit wonky. Things seems to have very steep price curves for very small benefit. Storage space: Never again will I think that my house in UO doesnt have enough room because in WoW, you dont even get one secure containers worth of storage until very late in the game, if even then... Time will tell if my interest stays with the game or any real length of time (Ive been playing about a week) but all in all, its a nice change of pace. |
