Madden08 question

I know there some madden players here.

I am having a problem, I love the career modes and stuff when I play games, it makes it more fun for me. I'll just say that to keep this post short and sweet lol

Anyway, after completing my NCAA 08 career I turned my Campus Legend dude into a Draft Legend and Toss in Madden, excited as hell because yes I haven't played it at all yet because I wanted to get the college thing out of the way before I did. So I toss it in, pick superstar mode and bring my NCAA guy that I have played four seasons with to the pros, problem is he is now a black dude lol

Now please don't think I am racist or anything because I'm not and I have a lot of friends that are black dudes, but like I said I play these modes for the realism and after spending all that time playing all those college games and waiting for Madden this is a total let down, because I cant figure out how to edit the guy. So what do I do, I start college again, no biggie, I make my player a black dude and have at it, I play four seasons, draft him and when he hits madden...you guessed it he is a white guy now LOL.

Madden players please help me figure out wtf is going on because at this point I don't even want to play the damn game now. BTW, this is for my sons PS2, my psp got broked

I don't know, if it helps you feel any better, I can't figure out how to make a white guy in '06

Maybe you could adjust the color scheme on your TV to make them all look orange and green?

you cant fix it, its a problem that everyone has, and its been happening for the past 2 maddens or so. no one really knows why it happens but it just does.

So, does it do it at random or is it always the same skin tone. Should I just keep restarting until I get the one I want or forget about it?

it will always change the skin tone of the players. you would think EA would use the same code for skin color in madden and ncaa but i guess not. sorry that we cant help out on the skin color

You would think by adding things such as Superstar mode to add to the realism that they would fix such a small problem and the fact that its been going on since Madden 2006 is just plain stupid. Madden used to be a great game and to be honest Superstar mode isnt all that fun, you cant even control what plays to pick or change camera view or control your offense players after the snap with the excpetion of your player.

Talk about dropping the ball, this is a sack for a huge loss of yards. I'm going back to playing the college game which is almost perfect.

i hate the way your players move on ncaa 08 and madden 08 the running looks so cartoonish to me im still playing seasons on ncaa 07 i prefer college

Agreed, but the college game is a lot better then madden.
