Price Check on Trammel Keep

Curious as to how much a Trammel Keep costs these days.

One just sold last night in Trammel for 50 mil.

Honestly, it all comes down to location. Let’s face it, no one wants a new abode that is located in heavy spawn (like in a swamp area) or that has "unfriendly" pks next door

. When I was in the market for a keep, luck had it there were two people spamming "keep for sale" in luna. One wanted 60 mil and the other wanted 35(both in trem). So I thought I would find out why one was so much more then the other. the higher price one was in a small "heart shaped" clearing just south of yew. the other on ice island with houses all around it. you couldn’t even see the doors on it, because the house in front of it was taller

so needless to say, I’m sure you can guess which one I went with

( I paid 55 for it) any who, if you could/would post a screen shot and cords. of it....people may be able to more accurately price it for you

It is located in Trammel due North of Britain swamp area all the way to the coastline. The co-ordinates are 99o 14''N, 58o 25'E and have very little spawn, quiet neighbors.

Sorry I haven't quite figured out how to get my picture of it to show up but I would be happy to show it to anyone interested in discussing an offer.

that's a nice spot in tram, now, Nev, since they turned off/down the tram lich spawn, but in fel it's still pretty icky in the heart hehe

Arrangements have now been made to preserve this keep in the state it currently is as a public center with the library, public lockpicking boxes for training and public dye tubs for the community.

The blessing circle will remain on the roof for ceremonies and it will remain open under a new owner.
