A Mysterious Letter

Greetin's to ye

When I went wanderin inta tha Shattered Skull in Skara Brae tha o'her day I no'iced a curled up piece o' paper sittin on one o' tha tables. After wonderin 'bout it fer a while, I decided ta ask Mead tha barkeeper 'bout it. 'Parently a drow walked inta tha pub, put tha scroll down, an jus walked out 'gain, wit out sayin who it was for, or anythin like that. Before too long my curiosity got ta be too much, so I decided ta go an 'ave a look at what was written on it.

On unferlin' tha parchement, I recognised tha strong, firm 'and writin of Lord Zed, of tha Council o' Nine. Not 'aving seen 'im recently I decided that I'd read it.

I grow frightened as these nightmares continue to plague me. I have visions of dark and awful places whilst I sleep, and yet when I awake, I am again within the walls of the Inn. Finally the ophidians are gone, and the queen I feared seems not so evil as I watch her cleanse the blood of the enemy from her boots. I feel the eyes of someone watching me, however, and yet when I turn, they are gone.. until today. There is a young drow female following me. She seems so familiar, but sends chills down my spine at her glances of curiousity. I am fearful for my life, and yet know not to whom to turn. If any should recieve this note, it means that I am no longer within the walls of Skara Brae, and as I feared, the drow female has brought me to harm. Please, if you find this, bring me aid before it is too late!

Rumor 'as it that Lord Zed was captured by tha drow of Qu'ellar Shobalar, along wit Aleena E'lyn (who took o'er power in Skara Brae, after Venus Soul was defeated an pushed out) an 'er protector, Aori. Judgin' by tha letter I found there may be quite a bit o' trouble stirred up by tha Qu'ellar Shobalar in tha near future.
