 | What quest giver..... What quest giver would give me the recipe for scrappers compedium which is a spell book....are there scroll quests that i havent seen yet?

 | Re: What quest giver..... I got it off one of the tinkering quests the spot in heartwood there are to shops there one is a wine place and the other is like a tinkerer place. Not sure which one I got it off of but I was making keg taps and spy glasses. I alternate between the two |
